AD600 Portable Mini Inverter Application

(I) Industrial Application

Small Equipment Speed ​​Control
On small industrial production lines, there are many devices that need speed control, such as small conveyor belts, micro fans and small water pumps. AD600 portable mini inverter can be easily installed near these devices to control the speed of their motors. Taking a small conveyor belt as an example, by adjusting the output frequency of the inverter, the running speed of the conveyor belt can be flexibly adjusted according to production needs to improve production efficiency. For micro fans, the fan speed can be adjusted according to the actual ventilation needs to achieve energy saving and precise ventilation control.

Equipment Energy Saving Renovation
For some old industrial equipment, its motor usually runs at a fixed speed, and there may be energy waste under some working conditions. AD600 inverter can be used as an effective tool for energy saving transformation. For example, in some small lathes, drilling machines and other equipment, by installing AD600 inverter, the motor is changed from fixed frequency operation to variable frequency speed regulation operation. Air conditioning system
In small air conditioning systems in commercial buildings, the AD600 inverter can be used for speed regulation of air conditioning compressors and fans. During the operation of the air conditioner, the speed of the compressor and fan is adjusted according to the changes in indoor and outdoor temperatures and the size of the flow of people. For example, when the indoor temperature is close to the set temperature or there are fewer people indoors, the speed of the compressor and fan is reduced to reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system. At the same time, it can also reduce the noise during the operation of the air conditioner and improve the comfort of the indoor environment.

Elevator system
In small elevator systems in small commercial buildings or residences, the AD600 inverter can be used for speed regulation of elevator traction motors. During the start, operation and stop of the elevator, the inverter accurately controls the speed of the traction motor according to the load conditions and operation requirements of the elevator. At startup, the motor is slowly accelerated to reduce the impact when the elevator starts; during operation, the motor speed is adjusted according to the load of the car to improve the operation efficiency; when stopping, a smooth deceleration is achieved to improve the riding comfort.

(III) Laboratory and teaching applications

Motor performance test
In a laboratory environment, the AD600 portable mini inverter can be used to perform performance tests on various small motors. By changing the output frequency and voltage of the inverter, different power supply conditions can be simulated to study the motor's speed, torque, efficiency and other performance parameters under different working conditions. For example, when studying the speed regulation characteristics of a motor, the output frequency of the inverter can be gradually changed, while measuring the motor's speed and torque, and drawing the motor's speed regulation characteristic curve.

Teaching demonstration
In the teaching of electrical-related majors, the AD600 inverter is a very good teaching demonstration tool. Teachers can use the inverter to intuitively show students the principles and processes of motor variable frequency speed regulation. For example, when explaining the PWM control principle, the PWM waveform output by the inverter can be observed through an oscilloscope, and combined with the actual motor speed changes, students can better understand the application of PWM technology in motor speed regulation.
